In Bel’s latest collection ‘Home to Roost’ fluid forms act as an experiment in letting go. Colour, light and dark are at play, paired with natural linen fibres that show through from the canvas beneath. Circles and semicircles represent contentment, calm and containment: a sense of balance in an unbalanced world; a calm, quiet spot to settle down and rest; a home in which to roost.
